The cherry is a very delicate fruit and must have the appropriate care in order
to come to us crimson, delicious and juicy. The bright red color is due to a natural
anthocyanin antioxidant while the fruit is a source of beneficial nutritional substances:

it contains several minerals, fiber and ellagic acid. It is particularly rich in vitamin A,
vitamin C and vitamin B. It is a natural source of calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.

It contains phytosterols, substances that do not provide with energy and so they do
not contribute to the caloric intake of the body.
